Pollo asado en horno o en Barbacoa de gas

¿Tienes a mano un pollo entero? Pues tienes todo lo necesario para hacer una receta fácil, saludable y sabrosa para toda la familia.

Ingredientes

1 pollo limpio
1 limones
Pimienta, sal, tomillo y romero o hierbas provenzales.
1 hoja de laurel
Pimentón
1 rama de Romero

Instrucciones

Rellene el pollo con unos trozos de limones que previamente exprimiremos por encima del pollo, la hoja de laurel y la rama de Romero. Coloque el pollo con las pechugas hacia abajo en el SUCUS previamente remojado. Reparta el resto de los limones alrededor del pollo.

Sazone el pollo por dentro y por fuera con sal y pimienta , pimentón y espolvoree el tomillo y el romero (también puede usar hierbas provenzales).

Introduzca el SUCUS en el horno frío, suba la temperatura a 180-200 °C y hornee durante 90 minutos en modo ventilador. Si prefiere que quede un punto de más dorado, quite la tapa al SUCUS durante los últimos 10 minutos.

Si utilizamos nuestra barbacoa de gas, introduzca el sucus encima de la parrilla fría, cerramos la tapa y cocinamos durante 90 minutos a fuego medio.

Se recomienda un poco de aceite sobre el pollo para que las especias se queden pegadas. y sacar el pollo de la nevera unas tres horas antes para que no este frio.
